MedSchool is an educational platform designed for medical students, junior doctors, and healthcare professionals in training. Our Service provides educational content and study materials, practice questions and assessments, learning progress tracking, and interactive medical reference materials.IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: MedSchool contains general medical information for educational purposes only. Our ContentAll content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are owned by MedSchool or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal educational purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content, create derivative works or modifications, use our content for commercial purposes, or remove or alter any proprietary notices.

6. Payment Terms (Premium Services)

Billing and Refunds
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.
Free Trial
Free trial offers are available to new users only. We may require payment information during trial signup but will not charge until the trial period ends unless you cancel.

No Liability for Medical Decisions
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: MEDSCHOOL ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE, INJURY, OR ADVERSE OUTCOMES ARISING FROM: Use of information from the Service in clinical practice, medical decisions made based on Service content, reliance on Service information for patient care, or any health-related decisions or actions taken by users.
Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MEDSCHOOL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE OR DATA LOSS.
User Acknowledgment
BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: You will not make health-related decisions based solely on information from the Service, you accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use of the Service, you will always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice, and you understand the educational limitations and disclaimers outlined in these Terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedSchool, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any medical or health-related decisions you make.10.
