The Wells criteria for DVT are a clinical decision-making tool used to estimate risk of deep venous thrombosis, based on presence of risk factors and features of DVT.
- ≤0 Low probability (~5%)
- 1 - 2: Moderate risk (~17%)
- ≥3 High probability (~53%)
