CHADS₂ is a scoring system used for estimating ischaemic stroke risk in patients with atrial fibrillation.
- 0: no prophylaxis / aspirin (0.6% risk)
- 1: aspirin / warfarin (3% risk)
- ≥2: warfarin (>5% risk)
