  • Anterior subluxation of the glenohumeral joint.
  • How to Perform

  • Apply a posteriorly directed force to the anterior humerus, as if to relocate the glenohumeral joint.
  • Abnormal If

  • Fowler's sign - relief of apprehension associated with the apprehension test.
