Patellar Apprehension Test
Overview
Test For
- Patellar dislocation or dislocatability.
Perform
- Apply a laterally directed force onto the medial patellar, and vice versa.
Abnormal If
- The patient shows signs of pain or apprehension regarding imminent dislocation of their patella.
