How to Assess
- With the knee in a neutral position, ask the patient to rotate their foot inwardly. Repeat at 30-90 degrees of flexion.
Muscles Involved
- Popliteus, semimembranosus, semitendinosus
Normal Active Range of Motion
- Neutral position - 10°
- In flexion - 25°
