  • Ask the patient to actively flex their knee, and then ask them to relax the joint as it is flexed passively.

  • Biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus, sartorius, gracilis, popliteus, gastrocnemius
  • Normal Range of Motion

  • Active - 130°
  • Passive - 140°
  • Myotome

  • S1Sciatic nerve
