    • Viral infection
    • Allergies - asthma, atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis
    • Inflammation - autoimmune disease, graft vs host disease
    • Myeloproliferative neoplasms - CML, polycythaemia vera, myelofibrosis
    • Hodgkin lymphoma
