- Myocardial ischaemia / infarctionNarrow, symmetric, 'coved' T wave inversion
- Physiological in children
- Pulmonary embolism
- Myocarditis
- Pericarditis
- Bundle branch block
- Left ventricular hypertrophy
- Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
- Stroke
