  • Elevated MCV (>100fL)
  • Elevated MCH / MCHC

  • Megaloblastic anaemia - B12 / folate deficiency, drugs
  • Myelodysplastic syndrome
  • Post splenectomy
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Chronic liver disease
