  • Post-splenectomy
  • Functional hyposplenism - sickle cell anaemia, liver cirrhosis, SLE, rheumatoid arteritis, coeliac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, splenic artery / vein thrombosis, amyloidosis, sarcoidosis
