Overview
Look For
- Visible fracture
- Mobility / luxation - loose teeth
- Avulsion - missing tooth with base still in situ
Significance
- Signs of dental trauma due to acute or repeated mechanical stress.
Avulsed teeth should be placed in milk or saliva until retransplantation is possible.
