  • Interpretation

  • Normal - the fistula becomes hyperpulsatile, and the thrill disappears.
  • Inflow stenosis - the fistula remains weakly pulsatile
  • Accessory vein - the fistula becomes hyperpulsatile, and the thrill persists..
