Depressive Thought Content



  • Preoccupations: prominent thoughts that are not fixed or false, such as thoughts of low self worth, self harm or suicide.
  • Ruminations: repetitive thoughts regarding present distress and its causes and consequences. Tends to be a feature of depression.
