Overview
How to Assess
- Ask the patient to adduct their hip (medially, into the midline), and then relax the joint as it is adducted passively.
Muscles Involved
- Pectineus; adductor longus, brevis and magnus; gracilis, pectineus.
Normal Range of Motion
- Active - 20°
- Passive - 25°
Myotome
- L2 / L3Obturator Nerve
