Clinical Use
- Indication
- Second-line therapy for acute migraine.
- Contraindications
- Ischaemic heart disease, or high risk of IHD
- Cerebrovascular disease
- Peripheral vascular disease
- Uncontrolled hypertension
- Adverse Effects
- Drowsiness
- Dizziness
- Paraesthesia
- Weakness
- Chest tightness
- Nausea / vomiting
