  • Mechanism of Action

  • Antagonise CNS dopamine receptors, resulting in reduction in nausea and increased upper GI motility.

  • Restlessness / anxiety / agitation
  • Fatigue
  • Headache / dizziness
  • Diarrhoea
  • Dystonic reactions (rare)
