- Gestational diabetes mellitus
- Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) with menstrual irregularity
- Contraindications
- Renal failure with eGFR <30mL/min.
- Adverse Effects
- Nausea / vomiting / diarrhea
- Lactic acidosis
