- Mechanism of Action
- Competitively inhibits ADH-mediated metabolism of methanol and ethylene glycol into toxic metabolites formic acid and glycolic acid, respectively.

- Methanol or ethylene glycol poisoning.

- CNS depression
- Hypoglycaemia
- Hepatotoxicity
- Monitoring
- Blood alcohol and glucose levels.
