  • Mechanism of Action

  • Inhibits tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), a cytokine involved in systemic inflammation and the acute phase response.

  • Ankylosing spondylitis
  • Severe juvenile idiopathic arthritis
  • Psoriasis
  • Adverse Effects
  • Severe infections
  • Reactivation of tuberculosis
  • Anaemia

  • Nausea / diarrhoea
  • Exacerbation of congestive cardiac failure
