  • Mechanism of Action

  • Positively modulates GABAA receptors (BZ1 and BZ2), augmenting the inhibitory effects of the GABA neurotransmitter.

  • Indications

  • Withdrawal - from alcohol, benzodiazepines, opioids
  • Status epilepticus
  • Adverse Effects
  • Drowsiness
  • Hypersalivation
