    • Mechanism of Action
    • Directly inhibits the binding of androgens to androgen receptors.
    • Pharmacology
    • Interacts with androgen receptors as well as progestin and glucocorticoid receptors, resulting in associated side effects.

    • Androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer.
