Clinical Use

  • Indications
  • Suppression of muscle spasm due to multiple sclerosis
  • Suppression of muscle spasm due to spinal lesions such as trauma, infection, degenerative change or neoplasia, with associated hypertonicity.
  • Adverse Effects
  • Nausea / vomiting
  • Drowsiness
  • Myalgia / muscle weakness
  • Tinnitus
  • Visual changes
  • Hypotension
  • Rash
