Bankart Lesion



    • Look For

    • Anterior shoulder dislocation with detachment of anterior labrum from the glenoid.
    • Mechanism

    • External rotation and abduction of the shoulder.
  • Often associated with Hill-Sachs lesion - impacted posterolateral humeral head fracture
